Scott Boynton President / Founder
Scott grew up in San Antonio and is the older brother of a child with Down syndrome. Scott founded TSN to help create opportunities and programs for individuals with special needs. He currently works for the Cambridge Realty Group in San Antonio. For more about Scott, visit the Letter from the President link at the top of your screen.

Shannon Feste
Shannon grew up in Houston and later attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received her degree in Spanish. She currently works in San Antonio as a Registered Client Associate with RBC Dain Rauscher. Shannon has a nephew who is a Down syndrome child and has volunteered with the Special Olympics.

Michael Crocker
Michael is currently the pastor of the New Heights Community at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church in San Antonio. He received his undergraduate degree at Southwest Texas State University and a Master’s in divinity from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University. Prior to his call to the ministry, Michael worked as an elementary school teacher, where he interacted with special needs children on a daily basis.

Cindy Boynton
Cindy was appointed by the Governor’s office to be on the Texas Special Education Continuous Advisory Committee. She received a degree in Education from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s degree from the University of Houston. Cindy is a mother of three, the youngest of which has Down syndrome. She taught Special Education for four years prior to having a family.

Brian Peters
Brian is the Principal/co-owner of Sutphin Peters advertising agency in Raleigh, North Carolina and has worked with a variety of non-profit and socially-conscious organizations. He is a 2006 graduate of Texas Christian University and holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism and a minor degree in business.
